Please be aware that the MRZ must always be visible on the image you provide for the control (marked with a yellow outline on the following images). The image used for the verification of ID document must be a image/picture of the only document.

If this not works, it is generally because :

• The copy is bad
• The ID document is not alone in the image and the reader is confused
• The whole MRZ is not in the image
• The MRZ is wrong
